致態(tài)推出TiPlus5000固態(tài)硬盤ZTA10666固件,優(yōu)化SMART數(shù)值異常等情況
長江存儲最新發(fā)布了致態(tài) TiPlus5000 固態(tài)硬盤的 ZTA10666 固件,此次更新主要針對異常中止流程、虛擬讀取功能以及 SMART 數(shù)值異常等問題進(jìn)行了修復(fù)和優(yōu)化。

要進(jìn)行固件更新,用戶需要先下載長江存儲官網(wǎng)支持中心提供的 TiPlus5000 Smart Tool 工具,并在工具內(nèi)完成對致態(tài) TiPlus5000 固態(tài)硬盤固件版本的升級,將其更新到 ZTA10666。
據(jù)了解,致態(tài) TiPlus5000 固態(tài)硬盤采用了聯(lián)蕓 MAP1202 主控芯片,該芯片采用22nm工藝技術(shù)設(shè)計。它是聯(lián)蕓科技推出的第二代 PCIe (NVMe) 控制芯片,支持 PCIe Gen3x4 NVMe1.4 接口技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),搭載了高性能雙核 ARM R5 CPU,以及聯(lián)蕓自主研發(fā)的第三代 Aglie ECC(4K LDPC)糾錯技術(shù)、Agile Zip 數(shù)據(jù)壓縮技術(shù)、硬件 RAID5 和 E2E 數(shù)據(jù)保護(hù)技術(shù)。此外,它還采用了最新的超低功耗 SOC 芯片架構(gòu)設(shè)計技術(shù)和 NAND 接口高性能自適配技術(shù),數(shù)據(jù)傳輸速率可達(dá)到1600MT/s。
具體到致態(tài) TiPlus5000 2TB 型號,順序讀取速度可達(dá)3500MB/s,順序?qū)懭胨俣瓤蛇_(dá)3200MB/s,隨機讀取速度可達(dá)550k IOPS,隨機寫入速度可達(dá)400k IOPS。此款固態(tài)硬盤的耐用等級為1200TBW。
